We have a database packed full of applicants from professional sharers to company directors looking for a home, and an extensive network of local companies who need to find places for their staff to live, from Discovery Networks Europe to Tullow Oil and Singapore Airlines.

We’re also proud of our marketing skills and will ensure your property is put in front of as many eyes as possible as speedily as we can, minimising the vacancy time and maximising your income. We will also:

* Carry out a full reference check and credit check to qualify the tenant for your property.

* Prepare the tenancy agreement on your behalf.

* Collect the first month’s rent and a security deposit, which we will lodge with a tenancy deposit scheme.

* Make regular visits to your property to check it is being well looked after

* Organise the inventory and the check in/check out process
